WHY ARE YOUR PRICES NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Because we want to hear from you to learn about your unique and individual portrait plans.  So, don’t be shy, send us an email!  We would love to hear from you!

 

DO YOU ONLY WORK IN THE PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA?

The majority of our clients and portrait shoots occur in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area which includes, Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, and Peoria.  However, we utilize a Portable Mobile Studio Setup so we can complete your portrait shoot ‘on location’ statewide.  Additional, ‘out of service area’ fees may apply.

 

WHAT IS A PORTABLE MOBILE STUDIO SETUP?

We use professional photography gear that includes multiple off camera speedlights (flashes) , lighting diffusers, wireless triggers, lighting stands and other lightweight portable gear.  It is designed and configured to be portable.  This allows us the flexibility to bring the studio to the location that best suits your needs.

 

DO YOU EDIT ALL THE PHOTOS DELIVERED?

The image proofs are not edited.  We professionally edit the final image selections chosen by the client based upon the requested Portrait Package.

 

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

Within 2 weeks after your Ordering Session.  A rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you require the final images and products sooner.

 

HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

Your photos and other ordered products including, Canvas Wraps, Frames, Photo Books, Albums, etc…, will be mailed to you.  Additional delivery options are available.

 

WILL I BE GIVEN A CD OR DVD WITH DIGITAL COPIES OF MY PHOTOS?

No, the Portrait Packages do not include a CD or DVD containing digital copies of all the photos taken at the Portrait Session.  There are a limited number of Professionally Edited Digital Images (Photos) provided with each of the Portrait Packages.  Please refer to the brochure for more information.  A full copy of the unedited images burned on CD or DVD is available for an additional fee of $1,000.00. CAN WE PRINT THE PHOTOS OURSELVES?

Our Portrait Packages include high quality printing from a professional photo lab.  The quantity of images provided will vary depending upon the Portrait Package you purchase at your Ordering Session.  Additionally, your package may include a limited number of high resolution digital files.  These images can be printed by our preferred professional photo lab for an additional fee or you can choose to print the photos yourself at a location of your preference.

 

DO YOU HAVE OTHER DISPLAY OPTIONS OTHER THAN FRAMES AND ALBUMS?

Yes, many of our clients opt to display their portraits as Wall Art or Wall Collages instead of traditional frames or albums.  Please reference our brochure for more information or click here for samples.

 

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes.
